Soldier

I talked to a Soldier today.
His mom lives across the street from me.
He's currently
serving our country
in Iraq.
I don't think it fully hits you until
you talk to someone over there.
At this moment I don't quite know
what 'it' is.

But I know it's something.
Because I'm on the verge of
tears.


Please pray that Joshua makes
it home safely in May.
